Matthew Weightman
Physiotherapist
Matt intergrates three separate Holistic approaches together, the Front to Back Approach (Myofascial Trigger Point Release), Visceral Maniuplation/Barral Institute techniques and CranioSacral Therapy. He enjoys working with all clients and ages (including infants and children), with particularly interest in clients with Complex health issues, Neurological Conditions, Scoliosis and back pain and clients experiencing Chronic Fatige, Stress or Trauma.
Heather Chu-Hill
Physiotherapist
Specialising in rehabilitation exercise therapy using Yoga, Clinical Pilates and other approaches with a background in Human Kinetics (the study of movement). Heather enjoys combining her knowledge in exercise therapy with manual therapy to help her clients with musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain including Scoliosis, which she was diagnosed with at a young age.
Rodrigo Gouveia
Remedial Massage Therapist
Rodrigo enjoys promoting wellness and working actively with clients to prevent illness and disease. He enjoys all types of clients and is passionate about finding the root cause. His blend of Holistic Therapy incorporates various manual therapy techniques including dry needling, infra-red laser, cupping, Tui Na massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation.

New clients are recommended to get in touch first via call or email first so that we can get to know you better and help find you the right practitioner or an earlier appointment if you can’t find one online.

How Can I book an appointment with everyone else?
How much Physio will I need?
It varies from person to person, but typically less often than conventional Physiotherapy due to the longer consult times and the focus on treatments targeting the root cause and producing lasting change. Exercise is essential to complement the hands-on component and is given in a variety of ways.
What type of exercise?
Various exercieses from a variety of backgrounds are given to clients in an individualised way. As Holistic practitioners we steer clear of “recepie” based approaches. Each practitioner has a different background and skillset and we work in different ways including;
